Common Questions
Do you charge for collection?
No. All household and fundraising collections are completely free.
What kind of items do you accept?
We accept clean clothes in good condition, paired shoes, handbags, belts, and household linens.
Do you take damaged or worn-out clothes?
We ask for clothes that are reusable and in good condition. Items that are stained, ripped, or very worn are not suitable.
How and when do I get paid?
You’ll be paid in cash on the spot once we’ve weighed your clothes.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount you collect?
No minimum. Whether it’s one bag or ten, we’re happy to collect. For larger community or fundraising collections, just let us know in advance.
Do you cover areas outside Kerry, Limerick, or Cork?
Currently, we operate across Munster. If you’re outside these counties, contact us — we may be able to group bookings in your area.
What happens to the clothes after collection?
Clothes are reused, recycled, or resold responsibly. Nothing goes to landfill — helping both your community and the environment.
How often can I book a collection?
As often as you like. Many households do seasonal clear-outs, and groups often book 1–2 fundraising collections per year.
